The Schuko PS-34GB reference plug is distinguished at first glance by its anthracite-black nylon body with an impeccable finish and ideal proportions. This chassis can accommodate the most sophisticated cables, the diameter of which is often incompatible with conventional mains sockets. With its insertion ring limiting the diameter to 16.5mm, supported by a flexible rubber cable clamp to complete the integration, the PS-34GB easily accommodates cables with a large cross-section.

All metal parts, including the contact and earth poles, were plated with "Direct Gold" plating (without nickel underlay) 5µ gold. This plating on the entire surface of the contacts provides better conductivity than a standard plating.

The internal connection terminals also deserve attention: Equipped with large fixing screws, and therefore requiring no soldering, they are capable of receiving large diameter conductors and ensuring a firm hold over a particularly large contact surface. Finally, we will appreciate the small diagram directly engraved into the socket, which provides information on the optimal length of cable to strip.
