Furutech HF-A-NCF

Furutech's HF-A-NCF HDMI cable is an active design (AOC) using a combination of fiber optics and high purity copper conductors to transmit the HDMI digital signal over long distances in a lossless and extremely stable manner, while drastically reducing the risk of EMI and RFI interference.
The HF-A-NCF offers a constant 48Gbps bandwidth and can handle 8K UHD or 4K HDR10+ streams, as well as all the latest HDMI technologies for an absolutely outstanding picture quality.

The HF-A-NCF features the latest optical transmission technology, with its connectors incorporating special photoelectric conversion chips to provide optimal, balanced signal amplification. Even over distances that can cause noise sensitivity and signal degradation, the HF-A-NCF provides stable, lossless 8K signal transmission.
Optical fiber
The Furutech HF-A-NCF cable is equipped with an OM3 "multimode optical" fiber, which has a higher transmission speed and bandwidth than the OM1 and OM2. The bending diameter of the OM3 fiber is more than 20mm, which facilitates its use especially in environments that can make installation complex. This high quality cable is designed with great precision in an ISO 7 (Class 10000) cabinet room where the particle count is kept very low.
NCF
The cable clamp part of the HF-A-NCF incorporates Furutech's patented electrical and mechanical damping material, the NCF (Nano Crystal² Formula). This crystalline material has two "active" properties. The first is the generation of negative ions to eliminate static electricity, the second is the conversion of thermal energy into far infrared. Furutech combines this material with nanometric ceramic particles and carbon powder for their additional damping properties by "piezoelectric effect".
UHD 8K & HDR10+
By combining four multimode optical fibers and large copper conductors, the HF-A-NCF benefits from HDMI 2.1 certification, allowing for optimal transfer of 8K UHD streams at 60fps and 4K UHD streams at up to 120fps. High dynamic range technologies such as HDR, HDR10+ or Dolby Vision are also supported.
ARC & eARC
In addition to UHD support, the HF-A-NCF HDMI cable also provides seamless transmission of high-resolution audio streams and multi-channel tracks, including support for Dolby Atmos and DTS:X technologies. These streams can flow bi-directionally thanks to ARC and eARC technologies.
