Dayton Audio M6 active speakers are part of their M-Series range. They are based on the use of Class D amplification allowing them to develop power up to 2x75W while offering rich sound over a wide sound band through their 16cm Signature™ Series aluminum woofer and 2.5cm tweeter. In addition to their excellent sound reproduction performance, the M6s offer extensive functionality and connectivity. Indeed, alongside their stereo RCA input, there's a USB input with integrated DAC enabling them to support 32Bit 192kHz streams, as well as a Qualcomm Bluetooth 5.0 receiver chip for high-resolution wireless transmission with SBC, AAC, aptX and aptX HD codecs. Dayton Audio has also decided to equip its M6 active speakers with a subwoofer output. These extremely versatile speakers are therefore suitable for a wide range of uses. In particular, they are perfect as desktop speakers, 2.1-channel TV speaker systems or Hi-Fi set-ups, and even feature a remote control for distant operation.

The M6 speakers benefit from a closed design and an integrated DSP which, thanks to the Bass Boost function, offers an extended low-frequency response when the user so requires. Dayton Audio M6: active speakers that are easy to set up and use

On the rear panel of the driver speaker, there's a switch that lets you choose whether to position it on the right or left side during installation. This makes it easier to plug in and optimize the placement of the M6s more freely. The front panel also features a volume control potentiometer, a signal input selection LED and a remote control. The input signal selection LED uses the colors below for each indication:

• Blue : Bluetooth
• Red : Standby
