This high efficiency Class D amplifier module is based on a TI TAS5630 chip, allowing it to develop a high power of 2x 240W under 4Ω (1% THD). This chip is associated with a pair of high-performance OPA1632 AOPs ensuring very low distortion for a clear and detailed reproduction. The TAS5630 chip takes advantage of PurePath HD technology, allowing the module to achieve the performance of a Class AB amplifier, with a THD of less than 0.03%, while offering the high power and efficiency of a Class D amplifier. The module comes with a volume control using a potentiometer. The amplifier is surmounted by a large heat sink, allowing to efficiently dissipate the heat released by the electronic components.

The module also reveals a particularity in terms of its power supply. It is indeed possible to supply it with either DC or AC power.
