The amplification module APD87 is based on 3 high-performance circuits LM3886 developed by National SemiConductor.
Working in Class AB, and capable of 50W continuous power under a load of 8Ω, this trio of transistors can reach 400W peak, with a coherent harmonic distortion rate of only 0.1%.
With a thermal and electrical stability, the 4145 is equipped with a double protection system sophisticated surge protection (proprietary technology Spike™) and undervoltages, the latter occurring when the power supply drops below 12V.
The filtering of the transistors uses 2 electrolytic capacitors of 63V / 470μF. An MKP capacitor of 2,2uF / 400VDClocated at the input to suppress the DC component of the signal.
WARNING :This product requires the use of a passive radiator of appropriate size.
