This high precision mono bipolar amplifier delivers 300 W under 8 ohm. Equipped with precision metal resistors, quality capacitors, this kit is ideal for high power amplification modules with high-fidelity sound quality. It is designed around 6 bipolar transistors 2SC5200 NPN and 2SA1943 PNP of high quality Toshiba. Their modularity and ease of implementation make them a reference choice for any dual mono stereo DIY amplifier project or for multichannel amplifiers. These transistors are controlled by the integrated driver " LME49810" with a "Soft Clipping" overload protection system.

You can make a strap between + VCC and + V and another strap between -VCC and -V.

The quiescent current (bias) must be set to 10mV between the cement resistor terminals, using the blue potentiometer.

Adjusting the bias of the LM49810 2SC5200 amplifier module

To do this, connect your multimeter across the terminals of a 0.22 ohm cement resistor. Make an initial cold setting of 10mv, then wait 15min for heating, then readjust the value to 10mv. If the terminals of the 0.22 ohm cement resistors are not accessible, you can also perform the adjustment on the transmitter terminal and the output coil terminal.

Super module
Je m'en suis servi pour alimenter un subwoofer en dessous de 70Hz, mais je l'ai essayé en large bande.
En large bande, c'est pas mal.
Plutôt doux avec pas mal de dynamique.

Mais en utilisation subwoofer, c'est vraiment excellent.
plutôt plus riche et plus vif et "punchy" que les différents classe D que j'ai pu essayer (IcePower entre autres, que j'avais précédemment choisi car les hps s'affolaient moins à haut niveau qu'avec d'autres modules).
Là, malgré une puissance limitée (choix du transfo) vers 230W, c'est vraiment superbe.

J'y ai associé un filtre actif analogique complètement diy avec un correcteur Linkwitz intégré (pour avoir du 15Hz -3dB in room)...
