TinySine TSA7804B
Class D Amplifier Board TPA311D2 DSP ADAU1701 Bluetooth 5.0 aptX TWS 4x40W 4Ω
The TinySine TSA7804B is a 4 channel Class D amplifier module, each delivering 50W. This amplifier stage uses a TPA3116D2 chip that will be able to accompany any 4Ω or 8Ω speakers. It also integrates a DSP ADAU1701, this one allowing an independent tone control for each channel.
The TSA7804B is also topped by a Bluetooth I2S AudioB receiver module for remote streaming of your music. It supports the high-definition transmission codec aptX as well as TWS technology, the latter offering the possibility of pairing several modules together to create an extended system. In addition to the Bluetooth input, the TSA7804B adds an analog input in stereo RCA format.
The default DSP program mixes the audio stream of the RCA and Bluetooth inputs. It is possible to select an input manually using an external switch via the dedicated port and load a different DSP program. To use a different DSP program, it is necessary to use a separately sold JTAG Sigma USBi DSP programmer.
External control buttons
The module has 3 buttons to control the volume level, playback, etc. It is also possible to connect an external control module using the dedicated connector, whose pinout is as follows:
- P/P : Play/Pause buttons
- VOL+ : Volume+ and forward button
- VOL- : Volume- and rewind button
- 1.8V
The volume can also be controlled by connecting a 10K potentiometer to the module.

- S1 : Press and hold for 3 seconds to enter pairing mode. Long press of 6s to reset pairing information.
- S1+S2 : Long press of 1s to activate the TWS slave mode.
- S1+S3 : Long press of 1s to activate the TWS master mode.
- S2+S3 : Long press of 1s to deactivate the TWS connection.
