HIFIMAN's Audivina is a planar magnetic circumaural closed-back headphone. The Audivina stands out for its surprisingly open soundstage for closed-back headphones, and the micrometer-thin diaphragm for exceptionally detailed sound reproduction.
HIFIMAN Audivina: Resonance chamber
The design of the Audivina's resonance chamber was inspired by the highly respected acoustic architecture of the Bayreuth Festival Theater in Germany, whose multi-level attenuation provides a wide, detailed soundstage in an enclosed space for listeners.
HIFIMAN Audivina: Ultra-thin membrane
The headphones are also distinguished by their diaphragm, which is 80% thinner than the brand's previous diaphragms, with a total thickness of between 1 and 2 micrometers. This enables it to respond more quickly to impulses, while maintaining an exceptional level of detail and extremely low distortion.
HIFIMAN Audivina: Stealth magnet array
Another major feature of the Audivina is its stealth magnet array, designed to minimize the impact of magnets on sound. This network allows sound waves to pass through the magnets without creating interference, diffraction or turbulence, guaranteeing furthermore accurate sound rendering and broadband reproduction.

Most headphones use a diffusion field design that can lead to a lack of bass, and are therefore limited to musical listening. However, Audivina's wide frequency response coupled with its very open soundstage and the absence of resonance usually inherent in closed-back headphones make it an ideal candidate for mixing or mastering.
HIFIMAN Audivina: Ergonomics and wearing comfort
When designing Audivina, we also paid particular attention to wearing comfort. The ear cups, for example, are Single-ended to adapt to the natural shape of the ear. Furthermore, the headband has been designed to distribute the weight of the headphones evenly, guaranteeing long listening sessions without the slightest discomfort.

To ensure compatibility with all the devices you might want to connect it to, the Audivina comes with a 1.5m cable with 3.5mm jack termination, a 3m cable with 6.35mm jack termination and a 3m cable with XLR termination.
