With its 30 years of research and development behind it, it is one of the lightest and most advanced Planar Magnetic loudspeakers on the market today, and the 2nd generation of Meze Liric hi-fi headphones continues this tradition with the MZ4 Isodynamic Hybrid Array drivers. Designed in partnership with Rinaro, experts in the development of high-end drivers, these isodynamic models offer an audio experience comparable to that of even more prestigious models such as the Meze Empyrean II and Meze Elite.

MEZE LIRIC II : Phase-X System technology

Phase-X technology, integrated into MZ4 drivers, represents a significant advance in the design of closed headphones. Developed by Rinaro to counter the phase distortion usually associated with these models, this patented system ensures an immersive, spatial listening experience. Thanks to the Phase-X system, the precision of spatialization is enhanced, rivalling the performance of open-air headphones, which is particularly remarkable when listening to binaural recordings.

Meze Liric II headphones feature a finely tuned pressure equalization system for optimum in-ear pressure and airflow control. It has also been enhanced to achieve a smoother transition between bass and low midrange. As a result, the MZ4 drivers can utilize both the acoustic volume of the shells and that of the ear cushions. This design considerably reduces the size required for the rear acoustic chamber, enabling Meze Liric II headphones to retain a compact, truly portable profile, without compromising acoustic performance.
