Moondrop Joker Closed-Back Dynamic Headphones Ø50mm 68Ω 106dB 15Hz-22kHz
Moondrop Joker headphones are monitoring headphones based on a dynamic driver of no less than Ø50mm. Its 106dB sensitivity and 68 ohm impedance make it easy to drive. Overall, these headphones offer detailed sound reproduction thanks to their FEA (Finite Element Analysis)-optimized magnetic circuit architecture and semi-rigid composite diaphragm. In addition, they feature an asymmetrical acoustic cavity inspired by the famous MDR-R10 model, which enhances the tone of the rendering by suppressing standing waves to reduce vibration effects. This structure also reduces weight for optimum comfort. The Moondrop Joker also features 3.5mm jack connectors and a detachable 2x 3.5mm jack to 3.5mm jack termination cable for enhanced compatibility. A 3.5mm jack to 6.35mm jack adapter completes the package.
Moondrop Joker: a 50mm dynamic driver
The Moondrop Joker dynamic driver features a magnetic circuit with an optimized N52 neodymium magnet, a CCAW coil and a semi-rigid composite diaphragm. These components ensure a high-quality sound reproduction.
Moondrop Joker: asymmetrical brass acoustic cavity
As mentioned above, the acoustic cavity of the Joker headphones is inspired by the famous MDR-R10. It features an asymmetrical acoustic cavity that eliminates undesirable vibration effects for a natural timbre and detailed, rapid response.
Moondrop Joker: a fine electroacoustic performance
The Joker's extended frequency response favors the transmission of sound waves in accordance with the head-related transfer function (HRTF). This favors detailed reproduction and a certain balance between highs, mids and lows.
Moondrop Joker: a detachable 3.5mm cable
The use of a detachable cable and a 3.5mm jack headphone connection makes these headphones upgradeable and promotes a high level of compatibility with a wide range of devices.
