With its large 88mm diameter planar magnetic transducers and high efficiency electro-acoustic energy conversion, the Peacock manages to reveal a sound reproduction that is both precise and pure, with detailed highs and natural mids and vocals, while providing deep bass.

The diaphragm is made of an ultra thin and very rigid composite material, ensuring clear and transparent high frequencies, without being aggressive. The soundstage is particularly wide and coherent.

Quad-Former Technology

The Sendy Audio Peacock benefits from the Quad-Former technology. The headphone integrates planar magnetic drivers, each composed of a double magnet and two double-sided coils on the membrane. Thus, each face of the membrane is dressed with two coils, for a total of four coils. This particular design ensures excellent magnetic energy conversion and low distortion for a lively and dynamic sound reproduction.

Ultra thin composite diaphragm

After more than two years of experimentation, Sendy Audio has succeeded in designing the perfect composite membrane, with optimized thickness and rigidity. The base material provides excellent damping for natural reproduction and deep, punchy bass. The part in charge of the high frequencies restitution is extremely thin and rigid for precise but not aggressive highs.

The speaker enclosure is made of CNC machined aluminum. After extensive testing, the size and position of each hole could be precisely defined. Each row of holes allows a uniform distribution of sound over the entire frequency range.

Cable & Adapters

The Sendy Audio Peacock is delivered with a high quality cable (detachable), with 8 OCC 6N copper conductors braided between them, ensuring excellent conductivity and transmission of the audio signal. The connectors used on the headphone side are Mini XLR 4 pins, where the input connector is a balanced 4.4mm jack. In addition, adapters Jack 6.35mm and XLR 4 pins are provided with the headphone.
