The Mogami W2933 is a 12-channel multicore balanced microphone interconnect cable specially designed for professional audio applications. This multi-channel microphone cable features high performance and excellent electrical characteristics for stable, reliable signal transmission. The cable's conductors are insulated with XLPE (cross-linked polyethylene), for optimum resistance to heat and especially to soldering. The structure and manufacturing quality of this cable provide a high level of durability and flexibility for easy handling, even at extreme temperatures down to -20°C (-4°F). Each channel has its own drain wire and a spiral shield of bare copper wire for superior transmission quality to strapping or braided sleeving, while also facilitating installation. Finally, an ingenious system allows you to easily identify the different cables making up the Mogami W2933 :
- Each conductor sheath is numbered by channel.
- Outer sheaths are color-coded for quick and easy visual identification.
- Inner conductors are also color-coded according to the international standard color code for resistors. Each pair is color-coded according to the color combination of sheath and conductor.
