WBT-0703Cu Speaker Terminals Gold Plated Copper (Set x4)

The result of the latest generation of development by WBT, the 0703Cu speaker terminals feature pure copper conductors and a gold-plated plating. Thanks to the separation of the transmission line from the mechanical chassis, it is now possible to use high-quality materials for each component of these terminal blocks. Although the best electrical conductor, copper or silver do have some mechanical limitations, which WBT has overcome by using high-performance plastics.

What's more, the core of this new terminal block is made of a single piece, thus avoiding any unnecessary resistance. The signal conductor is protected by a fiberglass matrix reinforced with mineral plastic, and covered by a non-magnetic steel body. A complementary elastomer damping system drastically limits the vibrations transmitted to the conductor. The microphonic effect is thus greatly reduced, to the benefit of the precision of the sound signal transmitted.
