What is Bit-Perfect?

Bit-perfect is a term commonly used in audio to describe a player that can play a file without making any changes of any kind.

For example, if your CL-99WB player plays a 24bit 192kHz Hi-Res file on Qobuz, the digital output will offer 24bit 192kHz. Just as if the music file played is in 16bit 44.1kHz, the digital output will propose this same sampling rate, without modification. In short, a real 1:1 ratio (input/output).

This is what we call a real bit-perfect reading, the closest to the musical reality of the piece played.

Multiroom & Streaming

Based on a LinkPlay module, the CL-99WB can be integrated into a multi-room ecosystem. It becomes possible to broadcast music in several rooms of the house, synchronously or asynchronously, all remotely controllable from your smartphone.
