H-Wound Design

The H-Wound structure is a threading technique allowing a high quality filling rate with 16 000 spirals/revolutions per meter, without loss of strands during the manufacturing process.

This high precision of assembly and tightening guarantees the same number of wires and the same cross-section for each conductor right up to the end of the final connection, which every enthusiast is entitled to expect from a top-of-the-range loudspeaker cable. This high resolution cable includes a manufacture of the cable in the cable. Thus, after the sheath, there is a classic EMI protective layer separated by two layers of cotton strands. This acts as mechanical anti-vibration decoupling with the conductive and dielectric Graphene part of the cable.

After extrusion, the Silver Dart strands go through a high voltage thermal surface cleaning process, close to electrolysis and more efficient than cleaning with a conventional cleaning agent. The result is high purity, completely removing extraction oils and heating residues from the surface. This process also makes it possible to obtain a ready-to-use cable that is already well tuned and offers an optimal result, right from the first musical notes on a high-end HiFi system.
