Custom cable assembly

This product sheet explains how to request custom-made cables.
Throughout the site, you can choose a cable, connectors and possibly a sheath, and we will assemble one or more cables for you with a professional finish.

1. To do so, please contact us via our contact form --> Pre-sales --> Workshop - Assembly : Click here.
2. In order to better meet your expectations, please send us as much information as possible about the final product you require (connectors, cable, exact length, equipment to be connected, special instructions, etc.). Any specific or important instructions should be mentioned.
3. Our workshop will reply to your assembly request by e-mail and send you a quotation for the cable(s) you require.

Important notes:

• A minimum charge of €39 excluding VAT will apply, regardless of the components chosen.
• The production of these made-to-measure cables is subject to the compatibility of the products chosen. The workshop reserves the right to decline any request for assembly if, after study, the feasibility or relevance seems compromised.
  
• Following your order, if we need any clarification, you may be contacted by our assembly department. Please check your email regularly.
• If you have any questions or queries about fitting a custom cable, don't hesitate to contact us using our contact form in the "Workshop - Assembly" section, so that our technicians can help you find the right solution.
• All custom-made cables are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
• The entire purchasing process is carried out off-site, in the form of a quotation with customer support.
• The free delivery programme and the loyalty programme do not apply to requests for made-to-measure cables.
