Meridian Sommercable SP255 is a two-conductor speaker cable. It is a cable developed to offer excellent mechanical strength and therefore ensure increased durability thanks to a chain made of a special material. In addition, this duct has the FRNC standard (Flame Retardant Non-Corrosive). As its name suggests, it is a fireproof material that will resist fire much better.

Of course, the SP255 is not only resistant, it is also very efficient since it integrates two Litz copper wire conductors made of low oxygen copper. Each strand of the conductors is therefore insulated independently by a layer of varnish, making it possible to largely limit the skin effect (and therefore the increase in impedance) while limiting any possible signal disturbances.
