Ultra Sonic 7 Treatment

This is a two-step process. First, the bare conductor passed through a ceramic mold into an ultrasonic cleaning chamber. This process removes impurities and imperfections from the yarn surface down to the molecular level. Once each yarn has been processed, they are grouped together in bundles for a new treatment. During this second step, the voltage is increased while remaining below the conductor threshold. This adjustment provides a running-in effect in addition to the 30 to 40 hours of signal and/or current that each cable receives. Ultra Sonic 7 and Deep Cryo treatments prepare the cable to break in in a few days rather than several months once at the user's premises.
