Based on the use of a pair of ESS ES9219 DAC chips within a totally balanced architecture, Shanling's EC Mini is capable of delivering rich, faithful sound to bring out the best in your music. What's more, these chips support high-resolution audio streams as well as MQA-CD files.

HiFi components

The EC Mini's circuitry uses high-quality electronic components to enhance its sound reproduction. These include an LTA8092 amplifier, two RT6863 headphone amplifiers, low-noise, low-phase KDS oscillators and Panasonic and ELNA capacitors.

Comfortable autonomy

With its two built-in 18650 batteries for a total capacity of 6800mAh, the Shanling EC Mini provides excellent autonomy, enabling it to be used without an external power supply for up to 25 hours for playback from a Micro SD card, or up to 7.5 hours for CD playback. Charging is via a standard USB-C cable.

Philips CD player and Sanyo HD860 laser head

The Shanling EC Mini's built-in CD player is a high-performance Philips model, combined with a Sanyo HD860 laser head. This combination ensures accurate playback of CDs and MQA-CDs. What's more, the unit features a vibration-damping system to prevent stalling during playback.

Shanling confirme le défaut de la non prise en charge du gapless entre les pistes musicales.
Pas de corrections prévues pour le moment. Cette fonctionnalité n'est utilisable que pour les pistes sur microSD.

Son précis et equilibré MAIS !...
Manuel très incomplet et surtout ne gère pas la lecture continue entre les morceaux lorsque les pistes sont prévues pour s'enchainer les unes à la suite des autres. Le lecteur, dans ce cas, rajoute en permanence quelques secondes de silence. Ennuyeux !
Espérons qu'un firmware corrige ce défaut. Plus ennuyeux encore, il n'est pas dit que ce défaut ne se trouve pas dans le modèle supérieur à 1300 euros tout de même. Attention donc !
