This extremely low phase noise crystal oscillator (< 100dBc @ 10Hz) is intended for professional recording equipment as well as audiophile electronics precision devices.
The AS318-B-90.3168 provides a very low jitter - measured 0.198ps on the 10Hz-1MHz band and 0.075ps on the 12-80MHz band.
Valued for their low power consumption (< 25mA @ 15pF) the Accusilicon clocks also have a high resistance to thermal stresses (operational from -20 to 85 ° C).
This component integration is nice and easy. It is powered by 3.3V (within +/- 0.3V) and give excellent results with a 0.1uF capacitor filtered power supply.
These electronic clocks now equip the Audio-GD devices and provide additional accuracy over TCXO clocks.
