DELIVERY - GENERAL INFORMATION

When your payment is validated and the items are available, they are generally shipped to you on the same day for orders placed before 12 a.m. (excluding Monday, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) or the next day. Regardless of the shipping method chosen, we will provide you as soon as possible with a link that will allow you to track the delivery of your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging, handling, postage and insurance. They contain a fixed part and a variable part according to various criteria: total weight of the selected products, country of delivery and place of delivery. It is advisable to group your purchases into a single order; otherwise, you will have to pay shipping costs for each of them.

We offer you an economical and reliable delivery service to France and Europe, provided by our partner  UPS and its service UPS Standard. All orders placed before 12am will be shipped on the same day or the following day (excluding Mondays, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays).

Delivery time depends on the destination country and can vary from one to five days.

We offer you a service of  international delivery  provided by our partner UPS  and its service Express Saver. Orders placed before 12 a.m will be shipped on the same day or the next day (excluding monday, saturday, sunday and public holidays).
