Audiophonics Loyalty Program: explanation of how it works
At Audiophonics.com, you are rewarded from your first order. Indeed, for each order placed on our site, you will be able to recover 2% of the total (*), which can be converted into a voucher after 15 days. We apply this 15-day period, which corresponds to the legal retraction period, in order to avoid possible abuses.
After these famous 15 days, you will be able to transform your loyalty points into a voucher (unique code), which will be applicable on your next order. This voucher is valid for 1 year from the moment you created it.
- 2% of the total order*
- 10€ = 1 loyalty point
- 1 loyalty point = 0.20€ HT
CAUTION :
- Loyalty points are only valid for 2 years
- Products costing less than 10€ are not included in the loyalty program.
- Loyalty points are counted on a product-by-product basis, not on the total amount of the order.
- Example : If in your cart you have 2 products above 10€ and one product below 10€, it is possible that the total amount of loyalty points recovered is less than the 2% base, because your product costing less than 10€ will not be taken into account.
How to obtain your vouchers
In each cart when you prepare an order, you have an overview of the number of points you will get back, including the value of the associated coupon.
Then, you can access your loyalty points from your account, available at the top right of the site by clicking on your Name :
Once in the "My Loyalty Points" area, you will see all your orders displayed as well as the number of points obtained for each of them. You can also from this space, transform your loyalty points (after the 15 days elapsed) into a reduction voucher:
After transforming your points into a voucher you will see a small table summarizing the creation date, the value, the code to use, the validity date (1 year), etc...
Then, all you have to do is to compose your cart with the desired products, insert your code obtained, press "Apply", and your cart will be updated with your discount :

Good to know!
- Loyalty points are accumulated ONLY for products over 10€.
- Shipping costs are not included in the loyalty program.
- Discounted products do not benefit from the loyalty program.
- Some brands have different loyalty point coefficients.
- You can accumulate as many vouchers as you wish in your basket.
- If the expiry date of your code has just passed, please contact us to arrange this!
- Loyalty points cannot be refunded. In the event of a withdrawal, the used loyalty voucher cannot be reactivated.
