I have a couple of these running 24x7 in a modified HighPi Pro case which works fine.
These devices don't work well during a "brown-out" condition and sometimes don't come up properly unless you wait a good few minutes between boots.
This behaviour seems to be due to the way this board resets - it just has a 100k pull-up resistor which is not sufficient. I intend on trying a MCP100 Supervisory Controller to mitigate this but could also use a pin to a spare GPIO port to reset for when this condition happens. I would love to see a future revision of this board that has a proper reset circuit.
Extra points if a dedicated steel case with heatsinks was available.
