With its high-end digital-to-analog conversion chip supporting high-resolution files, its perfectly mastered circuits and its numerous functions, the Loxjie D40 Pro offers rich and precise sound quality, and will fit into the vast majority of systems.
ESS ES9039MSPro DAC chip
At its heart, the D40 Pro conceals an ES9039MSPro digital-to-analog conversion chip. Flagship of ESS, this 32-bit DAC offers excellent performance, with THD+N as low as -125dB, for extremely precise and pure sound reproduction. The chip also supports high-resolution audio files, so you can get the most out of your music.
DPLL function & Digital filters
When the input signal is stable, the D40 Pro reduces the DPLL value to improve the unit's clocking performance. On the contrary, when the input signal lacks stability, increasing the value of this function will restore uninterrupted signal and sound.
The D40 Pro also features 7 PCM filters and 4 DSD filters. These allow you to adjust the device's sound reproduction to suit your listening style or audio system.
A powerful headphone amplifier
In addition to its DAC section, the Loxjie D40 Pro provides a powerful headphone amplifier with an output impedance close to 0Ω and two selectable gain levels, thus adapting to the vast majority of headphones on the market. The device's independent volume control lets you freely adjust the sound level of the headphone and line outputs.
High-resolution files support
Thanks to its high-end DAC and high-quality interfaces, the D40 Pro supports high-resolution files up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512. The result is a rich, detailed sound experience, allowing you to enjoy every detail of your music.
MQA Decoder
As well as supporting high sampling rates, the Loxjie D40 Pro also features an MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) decoder. This particular format ensures high sound quality by providing files authenticated by the artist, the record company or the song's rights holders. The D40 Pro is also compatible with the MQA-CD format.
Say goodbye to cables
With Qualcomm's Bluetooth 5.0 receiver, you can wirelessly stream and control your music directly from a smartphone or tablet, for example.
Two I2S profiles
The D40 Pro's I2S over HDMI input offers two modes, using different pinouts. Here too, the D40 Pro demonstrates its versatility, adapting to your device and source signal.
IR Remote control
Supplied with an IR remote control, the D40 Pro can be controlled remotely. This gives access to all the device's functions and settings.
Numerous high-quality audio components
The D40 Pro's circuitry favors the use of high-quality electronic components to deliver the best possible performance. These include a XMOS XU-316 USB interface supporting high-resolution streams, OPA1612 OPAs with very low distortion and noise, and a power supply stage using several low-noise voltage regulators and discrete components.
