MATRIX Mini-i Pro 2 DAC DSD DXD aptX Headphone Amplifier 32bit/384kHz Silver

The Matrix Mini-i Pro 2 32 bit 384Khz takes back much of the technology of its predecessor of 2015. Now equipped with a Bluetooth V4.0 APTX input, the new Matrix Mini-i Pro2 is more competitive than ever.

The analog circuit diagram is fully differential on AOP LM 49720 so as not to lose any of the dynamic 32 bit ESS SABER DAC. The digital part has 2 XO 22 clocks and 24 MHz clocked by CPLD processor drastically lowering the jitter. The combination of the new rigid aluminum chassis and the superb white OLED display with anti-scratching and anti-oxidation treatment matches the expectations with an improved sound quality.

The Es9016S chips and its SNR of -123dB and a high-quality headphone amplifier part (TPA6120) make the DAC Matrix mini-i Pro2 the perfect tool for high-definition dematerialized sources.

The driver part of the XMOS management chips is reviewed and corrected now with proprietary drivers offering a high resolution of 32 bit. The DSD format is now taken into account in DOP format for the DSD64 and DSD128. The native ASIO mode is available for the DSD256. The change of resolution is now automatically on the Oled display of the deviceeil.

Like many Matrix devices, the Mini-i Pro 2 features high-quality EMI filtering and a multi-filtered power supply with 10 high-precision LDO low-noise regulators on molded and shielded transformers.

The passive components are also of high level with low memory audiophile capacitors and SMD metal resistors with low temperature drifts.

This new DAC Bluetooth 4.0 has an aluminum remote control offering resistance and comfort of use.

the Matrix mini-i pro 2 is now compatible with OTG on Android smartphone and Apple iOS. (Camera kit required not provided). The firmware of the DAC (XMOS, MCU, FPGA) can be updated via the USB port.
