DAC Symmetry 2x PCM1792A
The Nativ Wave is both a headphone amp and DAC audio USB. It will allow you to convert all your digital music to offer a sound reproduction of an exceptional quality. For this, it incorporates components and a high end design, for a musical, dynamic result and offering a precise stereo image.
The Nativ Wave incorporates a symmetrical design with its two DDR DSD1792A Burr-Brown 24-bit / 192kHz.
With its Crystek phase oscillators, the Wave boasts an advanced clock management system.
The DAC is capable of playing your high-resolution music in DSD64, DSD128, DSD256, DXD and PCM up to 32 bits / 384kHz.
Meridian's MQA technology allows you to get studio-quality sound in a small file size ideal for streaming. The Wave, in advance, already supports the MQA.
The device also incorporates a powerful SHARC DSP and proprietary oversampling algorithms, up to 128Fs. Thus, you get high clear and pure high frequencies and a high level of low level details.
With 2 slots for SSD, you can have up to 4Tb of data storage,8000 albums or 40000 titles (the SSDs are not included).
The system incorporates a fully balanced and bit-perfect analog volume attenuator.
Nativ Wave seamlessly and transparently connects to all your digital sources. Its USB input uses an asynchronous interface with the latest XMOS 16-CORE DSP to process music from your source. Additional audio sources can be connected via high quality connectors: S / PDIF RCA, Toslink and BNC as well as AES / EBU (XLR). Each digital input is managed with the integrated high-precision clock for reduced jitter and the signal is protected from noise by means of total electrical and galvanic isolation.

A signal that can bere-sampled by the SHARC DSP, lowering the jitter and allowing the use of a mild analogue filter with a high sweep rate. Thus, the noise is reduced to the maximum and your music opens and offers you a great level of detail.
The D / A conversion of the Wave is based on a dual mono differential balanced design thanks to two Burr-Brown DSD1792A 24bit / 192kHz DACs. This method ensures extremely low noise, high linearity and a dynamics of> 127dB.
In addition, to maintain signal quality, the Wave uses pure copper circuits and ensures the shortest possible path between DAC and analog output. Each sensitive component is electrically separated from the others by galvanic isolation and shielding to minimize interference.
The two channels are completely separate, each with its own linear power supply, oscillators and circuit. This makes it possible to virtually eliminate crosstalk for ever more detail and dynamism.
The system integrates, in order to minimize the jitter, sophisticated clock management, based on two of the best existing phase oscillators, designed by Crystek. This dual-clocks design supports the frequencies 44.1kHz (22.5792MHz) and 48kHz (24.5760MHz) independently. Thus, the signal arriving at the DAC is clean, almost without jitter and with a low phase noise.
For best performance, analog processing is performed by amplifier modules from Texas Instruments. In addition, German made WIMA FP polypropylene capacitors provide a great deal of clarity and dynamism.
The Nativ Wave has two output levels (2 and 7.5Vrms) with relay switching system to allow you to connect it to a wide range of preamplifiers, amplifiers and headsets. In order to avoid possible degradation of the sound, no servo-drive or AC coupling capacitor has been used.
C 'is this neat design that allows the Wave to achieve a flat frequency response and an extremely low THD + N of less than 0.0005%.
Many amplifiers or DACs incorporate lower-quality, often digital, volume control, resulting in loss of resolution and dynamics. Here, the Wave offers a volume control totally analog and bit-perfect. It has a differential-mode channel-by-channel chip that eliminates virtually all noise and dramatically reduces THD.
Its sleek, modern design will fit seamlessly into your audio system. Designed from exclusive materials including Aluminum 7000 series with satin finish, Japanese Asahi® glass and solid wood from America.
