The Original Audio OPA-Q3.1 is a balanced Class A DAC and headphone amplifier combo. Its digital to analog conversion stage uses an ESS ES9038Q2M DAC chip known for its ability to provide accurate and transparent playback and to support high sampling rates, up to PCM 32bit 768kHz, DSD512 and DoP256. The tube headphone amplifier stage allows to develop a comfortable power with a high current, offering the OPA-Q3.1 the possibility to accompany many headphones, whether they are high sensitivity or low impedance models, all with a beautiful dynamic and musicality.

For its connectivity, the OPA-Q3.1 offers USB-B, coaxial and an analog RCA stereo input, but also integrates a Bluetooth 5.0 receiver supporting the high definition transmission codecs aptX HD and LDAC. It is therefore possible to broadcast music remotely, from a smartphone for example, while maintaining excellent sound quality. On the output side, we can count on a stereo RCA line output as well as three headphone outputs: single-ended 6.35mm jack, balanced XLR 4-pole and balanced 4.4mm jack.
