ES9039MSPro DAC & High-end components

The D1se2 uses the new ESS ES9039MSPro DAC chip for its digital/analog conversion stage, a high-end model from the manufacturer, ensuring excellent sound performance. In addition, this 32bit 8-channel chip ensures very low distortion and supports high-resolution audio streams up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512.

The D1se2's circuitry also benefits from high-end components. There is a perfectly managed power supply stage, embedding a NORATEL toroidal transformer and Nichicon KG filtering capacitors, providing the DAC with a low noise electrical signal. A 32bit XMOS XU316 USB interface is also used to process USB streams quickly and efficiently. In addition, the CK-03 clock circuit ensures low jitter.
