The SMSL SU-8s is a symmetrical DAC featuring the new ESS ES9068AS digital to analog conversion chip. This last one supports high sampling rates, up to PCM 32bit 768kHz and DSD512 and ensures a clear and dynamic restitution. This DAC is associated with a USB XMOS XU216 32bit interface, promoting a beautiful sound transparency. Moreover, the SU-8s is also able to read MQA (Master Quality Authenticated) files, allowing to enjoy a sound reproduction as close as possible to the original recording.

Displaying a complete connectic panel, the SMSL DAC will adapt to all situations and all systems. We can find in input USB-B, Coaxial, Optical, but also a Bluetooth 5.0 reception. This last one is compatible with the codecs of transmission aptX and aptX-HD, allowing to reach a high sound quality in wireless. Finally, on the output side, the SU-8s offers single-ended RCA and balanced XLR.

Finally, all the components are integrated in a beautiful and robust CNC machined aluminum case with a front panel display for easy and convenient use. It is also delivered with a remote control to control it remotely.
