The Audio-GD AS-1T is a symmetrical DAC based on a pair of ESS ES9028Pro Digital / Analog converters. This ensures an extremely low level of distortion, very rarely achieved by this type of product and especially at such a low price. The ES9028Pro chips feature 32-bit HyperStream II technology for high audio performance with a dynamic range (DNR) of 129dB and a THD+N of -120dB. These chips also support high sampling rates, up to 32bit 384kHz in PCM and up to DSD512 for DSD.

The two DAC ES9028Pro are also supported by an FPGA. This one is in charge of synchronizing the audio signals and thus reducing the jitter. In short, it provides a more precise and transparent sound reproduction, while drastically reducing noise. 3 TCXO clocks are also integrated, once again allowing the jitter to be reduced to a minimum thanks to optimal signal synchronization.

On the connector side, the AS-1T offers SPDIF Coaxial, Optics, USB-B, a BNC connector and finally I2S HDMI LVDS as input. At the output are XLR 3 poles, ACSS and RCA Stereo. A complete panel of connectors that satisfy the vast majority of needs, for easy integration into your audio system.

As with all Audio-GD products, the AS-1T has undergone a series of tests and measurements to ensure its technical quality and sound reproduction performance. To do this, the brand uses the Audio Precision SYS-2722, which is particularly renowned for the analysis of audio devices. You will therefore find these graphs below.
