AUDIO GD R2R 1 FPGA LADDER DAC

AUDIO GD pushes the limits of a DAC 24BIT 384khz based on R2R technology corrected by DSP FPGA. the DAC R2R 1 offers a formidable ratio pricing pleasure always allied with the technical choices that make AUDIO GD today a major player of the High Definition converters.

The advantage of discrete R2R DACs

A discrete R2R DAC is known to be superior to an integrated R2R chip setup like PCM1704K or AD5791 offering a more natural listening acumen. The technical advantages are: The R2R DACs filter the noise of clocks that are not found on the analog signal. The R2R DACs are less sensitive to jitter on the 16bit definitions. The analog signal is theoretically more accurate than a DAC based on Delta Sigma technology.

A DSP FPGA processor

The DSP FPGA installed in the DAC AUDIO GD R2R 2 allows to overcome the inaccuracy of the resistances beyond 16/21 bit. We thus benefit from anot high precision even in High Definition 24 bit 384khz. These technical qualities are also: better processing from the SPDIF (coaxial, optical) inputs than the usual integrated interfaces (WM8505, DIR9001) thanks to faster computing power and FIFO buffer stages reducing the jitter drastically

Analogue stages in pure class A H2

Based on an expertise of over 20 years, kingwa designer AUDIO GD excels in creating analog stages without counter-reaction. The output circuit of the DAC R2R 2 benefits from this long research work incressant with stages entirely discrete transistors sorted and paired. There are no surface components and minimal components on the signal path. The last buffer stages are single-ended FET-type transistors with two-stage parallel bandwidth guaranteeing a low output impedance. this latter part has no capacitors in the signal path. Well-on this converter has high-speed outputs with high-current ACSS stage. There is no relay on the analogue circuit in the pure spirit "less is better".

Amanero Isolated

As usual, Audio-GD integrates an excellent Amanero Combo 384 asynchronous USB chip into its DAC, supporting sampling rates up to 32bit 384kHz. In addition, Audio-GD upgrades its Amanero module by adding an isolator, making it possible to obtain a more transparent and accurate reproduction.

deception
pour etre honnête je suis un pro , je suis le co concepteur des produits oracle il y a 20 ans, facile a vérifier , voir cela avec jacques Riendeau , par pure curiosité j ai voulu comparer un r2r moderne actuel gd audio ou un autre peu importe et je me suis retrouve face a la meme déception que les 1704 bb , c'est juste nul , on s emmerde lorsque on écoute ces produits c'est mortellement ennuyeux comme il y a 20 ans le 1704 , un cirrus 4390 ou 4398 en i2s direct cdm12 philips sans tous les interfaces de merde , avec un bon très bon driver analogique sans oap entrées symétriques vous donnera mille fois plus de sensations d émotions que toutes ces daubes actuelles ou les ingénieurs n écoutent pas de musique en fait !!!! désolé d etre honnête j je viens de jeter a la poubelle 900 balles

impressionnant
Tout ce que j'ai pu lire sur Audio-GD sur le net s'est révélé exacte.

Branché sur un Aries-mini de chez Auralic + alimentation Audiophonics,, dont le DAC m'avait déjà fortement impressionné pour le prix, tout est beaucoup mieux, mais pas que, les instruments se matérialisent sous nos oreilles.
- Scène sonore élargie
- Profondeur accrue
- Largeur de la bande passante étendue
- Donne de la matière et du poids aux notes
- Son analogique et très musicale

Bref pour comprendre il faut pouvoir l'écouter.

Du coup je deviens très désireux d'écouter son grand frère, le R2R 7He, car j'ai du mal à appréhender ce qu'il peut faire de mieux mais j'aimerais bien m'en rendre compte.

Je redécouvre ma musique et quelle plaisir.
