Audio-GD R2R 7
DAC 24bits 384kHz I2S Technology R2R Ladder DAC
LADDER R2R technology represents the ultimate in digital audio conversion with a lowered jitter and a clock working under optimum conditions.
However everything depends on the accuracy of the resistances under 24 bits ie 0.00001%, value almost impossible to have in terms of stability and over time.
Audio GD solves the problem with an ALTERA FPGA processor and a proprietary algorithm distributing the digital signal to parallel-mode resistors that increase decoding accuracy.
TODIO GD strikes hard and opens the doors of the conversion of High Definition R2R reserved yesterday to the reference marks High-End audiophile.
A separate stage power supply with discrete components
An R2R conversion with such high-precision resistors would be nothing without a power supply of the highest stability.
The DAC R2R 7has three sections of linear power supplies of 130W in total, separate for digital and analogue right and left side of the three input transformers separated into 21 groups of controls with 50000 μF of filtering only in discrete transistors polarized in pure class A with fast rise times.
Thethe result is at the height with a background noise of the lowest and distorted distortion translating an audio signal without digital caricature and without hearing fatigue.
An innovative input section SPDIF and HDMI LVDS
Unlike many manufacturers using the digital input chips WM8804 or DIR9001, AK411X, AUDIO GD has designed a proprietary Xilinx FIFO (first in first out) programmable chip input circuit for all digital inputs.
TheThe input signal is thus processed by two TCXO clocks in a loop allowing perfect synchronization of the data thanks to a high rejection of the jitter itself coming from external digital sources of poor quality.
This CInput Array is fully configurable for ovesampling X2 up to X8 and of course in NOS mode (Non Oversampling Sampling).
The user can thus choose his or her sound signature corresponding to his or her technological desires. The USB part is fully managed byAmanero, one of the best interfaces entirely redesigned by AUDIO GD.
An ACSS analog stereo section dedicated to enthusiasts
The last stage of the DAC R2R 7 is the heart of the know-how of AUDIO GD. With 15 years of expertise in analog processing, this DAC features the quintessence of the Qinghua designer (Mr AUDIO GD) with an exclusively FET single-ended class FET transistors with no negative feedback and very low output impedance.
These fully symmetrical stages are completely separated left and right, so the music is respected in its slightest inflections with a true osmosis between micro information, bandwidth neutrality and a sense of innate rhythm.
Bien heard this stage features ACSS Mini XLR analog outputs for even more detail and definition.
