The long-awaited new version of the Shanling M6 Walkman, the M6 Ultra, is finally here, bringing not only an upgraded Android platform, but above all marking the return of AKM DACs! Thus, the M6 Ultra is the first DAP of the brand to integrate the latest generation of AKM DACs, with four AK4493SEQ chips within a unique balanced architecture. The amplifier design has been adjusted for this Quad-DAC design, allowing for higher output power.

For the rest, the M6 Ultra adopts the design implemented by Shanling for their digital music players. It is powered by a Snapdragon 665 processor, Android 10 and the Android Global Losless Output (AGLO) technology developed by the brand for optimal performance.

A dazzling screen

First visible element, the magnificent touch screen of the M6 Ultra, a Sharp LCD panel of 5" and a resolution 1920*1080px (Full HD) and a definitio of 441ppi. This one offers a superb rendering of the colors and wide angles of vision, allowing a use as comfortable as pleasant.

A new amplifier for more power

The newly designed amplifier of the M6 Ultra allows it to reach a much higher power than the previous models. It is therefore capable of accompanying a greater number of headphones, including models with a high impedance and therefore more demanding.
