This Audiophonics power supply cable, assembled in our workshop in France, is composed of a Jack DC 5.5/2.1mm connector and a GX16 connector. It can be used with LHY power supplies, replacing the original cables. This cable is indeed designed with a Sommercable Meridian SP215 cable made of OFC copper conductors with a section of 1.5mm², ensuring an excellent electrical conductivity. It is terminated with Viborg DC21G and GX16G connectors with gold-plated copper alloy contacts, maintaining a very good level of conductivity.

AUDIOPHONICS POWER CABLE GXDC-21 : Front view

This Audiophonics power supply cable, assembled in our workshop in France, is composed of a Jack DC 5.5/2.1mm connector and a GX16 connector. This cable is designed with a Sommercable Meridian SP215 cable made of OFC copper conductors with a section of 1.5mm², ensuring an excellent electrical conductivity. It is terminated with Viborg DC21G and GX16G connectors with gold-plated copper alloy contacts, maintaining a very good level of conductivity while ensuring a high resistance to oxidation. The cable is finally covered with a beautiful black and grey braided sheath from Viablue.

This cable is only compatible with LHY power supplies.

Please note that there is no standard for polarities on GX16 connectors. The - and + polarities may be inverted, depending on the manufacturer, and may not be compatible with certain devices. Using a non-compatible cable can result in the destruction of your equipment.

Câble d'alimentation excellent, remplaçant avantageusement celui d'origine fourni avec l'alim. L'amélioration est évidente sur les plans de l'espace, de la densité et des timbres. Indispensable à l'alim pour laquelle il est conçu et construit par Audiophonics.

Mettre un Olflex secteur en amont de cette trés bonne alim.
Le câble d'Alimentation Jack DC 5.5/2.1mm vers GX16 Cuivre OFC (pour Alimentations LHY) fourni avec cette alim fournissant du 15v, est correct.
Par contre, le câble secteur IEC en amont de 3x0.75mm2 fourni d'origine, est une vraie daube, il gâche vraiment cette alim qui est au demeurant excellente.
Je recommande donc fortement d'utiliser à cet endroit un Olflex de 3x1,5mm2, lequel apporte une lumière et une transparence des plus agréables.
