The iFi Audio LAN iSilencer is an RJ45 Ethernet isolator filter to reduce interference, noise and distortion. It is basically intended to improve the transfer quality of your network data. The digital signals therefore become purer, which can be beneficial when using HiFI devices, a television or even a streamer for example.

This isolator filter avoids any interference, background noise or loss of data that could be problematic on your hi-fi equipment such as connected amplifiers or streamers. You will therefore gain in detail, precision and transparency of sound reproduction.
For this, the iSilencer uses a jitter-free buffer memory and a galvanically isolated input to avoid any risk of distortion. The circuits are also fully separated to avoid interactions and block ground potential differences.
The iFi Audio LAN iSilencer can be inserted directly into any RJ45 inputs or outputs of an RJ45 switch. It can therefore provide Gigabit Ethernet network support without speed restrictions to any connected equipment. Its shielded housing with integrated earth blocks external interference (RFI), minimizes packet loss and provides a stable signal.
