The UDIO-8 is an ideal solution for audio performance-oriented projects.
With up to 8 input channels individually capable of converting the sampling frequency received, it can receive and treat separately the frequencies of 32 to 216kHz, and matches the output with the selected internal frequency used on the driver software (ASIO 44.1-192kHz)

 This digital interface and will set up a high-resolution multichannel setup such as a home theater computer controlled, complex live sound mixing environment or / mastering surround up to 7.1.

Compact device

The digital interface U-DIO8 manages to keep not less than 8 channels in an extremely compact size (161 x 108 mm). This feat is made possible by the use of connectivity TASCAM DB25 together all the inputs and outputs in a single port while preserving audio quality.

Effective audio design

Inputs and outputs are encoded into 24 bits (int) for each track in order to enjoy a highly developed sound depth for stereo streams so that the files 8-channel complex.

The device is automatically detected and integrated into Mac platforms and will require a driver under Windows and Linux. The software interface offers several options to refine the connection and behavior of the digital interface. This will vary the width of the buffer in order to match the host machine performance with the UDIO-8, set the behavior of the device in terms of energy consumption.

The host machine may also individually affect the volume of each channel mono or stereo processing. If required, all channels can be individually defined 0dB (no attenuation).
