Equipped with a 32-bit AKM AK4495EQ DAC, you can enjoy the famous Velvet Sound architecture. This allows unexpected sound details to be developed by limiting distortion, in addition to a 32-bit digital filter. Allowing the reading of PCM files up to 384 kHz, it is undeniably a high-end system yet very accessible. In addition, a switch will allow you to access the various Sharp and Slow digital filters.
The DAC is regulated by a fixed output voltage regulator L7805CV STMICROELECTRONICS as well as a duo LM317T and LM337T. They effectively eliminate single point regulation problems by providing local regulation.
Next to it, a series of low noise amplifiers (LNA AOP) JRC 5534DD allow to process weak signals, while using bipolar technology. These AOPs on removable media are interchangeable by all compatible mono DIP 8 models allowing you to adapt the sound to your desires. Finally, Nichicon capacitors ensure the stability of the signal and its non-deterioration.
The module requires a 2x9V AC transformer and a +/-15V DC linear power supply
