Wondom's DKT4X25AB kit is designed to deliver 4x25W output into 4Ω when powered from 14.4V DC (the voltage delivered by a car battery), making it highly suitable as a car radio amplifier. This amplification is the result of a TDA7569BLV chip, incorporating a power stage based on BCD (Bipolar-CMOS-DMOS) technology.
The DKT4X25AB kit has been designed with ease of use and installation in mind. Its terminals allow direct connection to the power supply, audio input, speaker outputs and external control systems. The inclusion of an auxiliary 3.5mm stereo input makes it even easier to connect to a wide range of sources, making the DKT4X25AB compatible with a wide range of devices. As a result, the DKT4X25AB can maintain optimum performance over a wide temperature range from -10°C to 55°C.

1. Install the SMD resistors:
Place the SMD resistors on the top and bottom faces of the board, respecting their respective positions.
2. Install ceramic capacitors and fuses:
Install the ceramic capacitors and fuses in the correct position. Ensure that the wires are correctly inserted and soldered.
3. Install electronic capacitors and through hole inductors:
Install the electrolytic capacitors and the inductor with the hole in the area provided. Make sure that the polarity of the (+) and (-) wires of the electrolytic capacitors is correct before soldering them.
4. Attach the TDA7569BLV chip to the heat sink:
Screw the IC to the heat sink using an M3 screw in the dedicated slot and secure firmly.
5. Installing the integrated circuit and the heat sink:
Once the integrated circuit is attached to the heat sink. Place the integrated circuit and the heat sink in the position provided on the board.
6. Install the remaining components:
Install the remaining components on the printed circuit board. Take care to align each component correctly and solder them securely.
