Audio Digital Signal Processor DSP for Active Filtering Sigma Studio
The Wondom ADAU701 of the APM2 range is a compact DSP (Digital Signal Processor), allowing efficient digital filtering and equalization. Ideal in the context of DIY installation, particularly for the manufacture of active 2.1 speakers, for the acoustic correction of multimedia terminals or for in-wall equalized sound systems, the module is particularly versatile.
It can also provide speaker filtering in the context of an installation in a vehicle (car, boat ...) or in the design of a subwoofer. With a simple RCA or stereo jack connection and two RCA jack outputs (modules sold separately), as well as a filtered subwoofer output, the ADAU1701 APM2 can be easily integrated into any installation where space is limited. In addition, the interface is fully programmable via I2C, using Sigma Studio software (Analog Device processor) and an ICP1, ICP2 or Analog USBi module (sold separately) to access many additional parameters, such as EQ, filtering, bass enhancement, multi-band dynamics management and delay compensation.
The 4 potentiometers present on the module allow to directly adjust the basic functions that are the gain level, the cut-off frequency as well as the bass and treble levels.
The free Android / iOS mobile application Miumax V2.0 also provides quick and easy access to the module settings.
