The Audiophonics RJ45 Cat 8.1 Ethernet cable is designed and assembled by hand in our workshops, in France. It uses the latest Category 8.1 technology to ensure high transmission speeds and incorporates only high-quality components.
Sommercable Mercator cable
Our Audiophonics network cable uses a high-quality Sommercable Mercator Cat 8.1 Ethernet cable. It has OFC copper conductors and F/FTP shield, ensuring excellent conductivity and effectively repelling interference. What's more, the category 8.1 rating of this model means it can achieve a bandwidth of 40Gbit/s. We've covered this cable with an attractive Viablue Race braided sheath in black, red and grey.
Telegärtner MFP8 connectors
The RJ45 connectors used on both sides are Telegärtner MFP8, which also take advantage of the Cat 8.1 standard to maintain high transmission speeds. These robust connectors have a shielded shell made of moulded zinc, limiting interference and holding the cable firmly in place.
