Surprising sound performance

Dayton Audio's EX32EP2-4 is designed to turn large, thick, rigid surfaces into a speaker. The 32mm voice coil is attached to a steel spider for maximum return force when high power is applied, making this model perfect for large surfaces that would normally resist the effects of an exciter. A neodymium magnet is used to create maximum magnetic flux around the coil, allowing for increased sensitivity compared to similar sized vibrators. This reduces power requirements and allows the use of very small amplifiers without sacrificing total power.
