Surprising sound performance

Dayton Audio's EX32Q2-8 can turn most rigid, flat surfaces into a speaker. Designed specifically to be mounted on vertical surfaces, this exciter uses a dual spring spider to better support the large neodymium motor, improving linearity. With a 32mm dual-layer voice coil, this exciter can handle up to 40W (peak) with high efficiency, even when mounted on thick surfaces. The neodymium magnet creates maximum magnetic flux around the coil for increased sensitivity. This design reduces the power requirement of the vibrator, allowing the use of very small amplifiers, without sacrificing total power.
