FURUTECH FI-50 NCF (R) Rhodium plated IEC Connector - Carbon Ø20mm

This is the top-of-the-range IEC power connector for high-end audiophile power cables.

This new version, christened NCF (Nano Crystal Formula), incorporates into the insulating body an active material generating negative ions that eliminate static discharges by converting them into thermal energy in the infrared spectrum.

Furutech combines this crystalline material with ceramic particles and carbon powder with Piezoelectric damping properties.

The combination with Nano Formula Crystal and ceramic piezo particles provides the ultimate mains plug, the longest-running Furutech know-how in this field.

NCF technology :

Incorporated into the new Furutech product range, NCF (Nano Crystal² Formula) is a special crystalline material with two "active" properties.
Firstly, it generates negative ions that eliminate static electricity, but it also converts thermal energy into far-infrared (LIR) at wavelengths ranging from (50 µm - 5 mm).
Furutech then combines this remarkable material with nanometric ceramic particles and carbon powder for their "Piezo Effect" (damping properties).
The resulting Nano Crystal² Formula (NCF) is the ultimate electrical and mechanical damping material - (Only available in Furutech products!).
