The first SUPRAVOX pavilion
As a result of the compilation of ancient knowledge of the beginning of the century and the knowledge of SUPRAVOX in terms of broadband, the specific progression of this exceptional pavilion was born in 1996.
It can be used in hi-fi or in sound applications.
Its response is very linear, +/- 1.5 dB from 500 Hz to the limiting frequencies of the 1-inch compression motor to which it will be coupled. In other words, it does not require any tweeter to reinforce the extreme high.
Listening provides a rather unusual sensation of speed and accuracy of reproduction.
However, these small dimensions allow it to be used in Hi-Fi up to 500Hz, so the entire medium-high band enjoys the same qualities of reproduction.
In high-power sono it is advisable to adopt a cut-off frequency above 1500Hz. This horn can be associated in two-way mounting with a SUPRAVOX 285 or 400. For music lovers we recommend a 6 dB / oct filter at 500Hz.
Given its low weight, directivity and performance, it can be used in high-powered PA systems. The recommended cut-off frequency is 1500 Hz with a filter at 18 or 24 dB / oct.
The measurements are made with a B & C Speakers DE250 engine.
