With the Aurora, 7Hz presents in-ear monitors incorporating four drivers to provide effective coverage of the entire frequency band. 7Hz uses dynamic, balanced armature and planar magnetic driver technologies to effectively cover the frequency range, assigning each technology the area in which it excels best. As a result, the dynamic driver is in charge of low frequencies, the balanced armature drivers are assigned to the midrange, and the planar magnetic driver is dedicated to high frequencies.
7Hz Aurora: Ø12mm dynamic driver
The Ø12mm composite diaphragm driver features a dual voice coil system that dramatically enhances low frequencies and delivers reduced distortion. Specifically tuned to cover the lower end of the frequency range effectively, this driver delivers a well-textured, powerful bass for an impactful result.
7Hz Aurora : Dual balanced armature drivers
In order to cover the midrange frequency range effectively, Aurora uses a balanced armature driver duo, providing the bridge between the dynamic driver and the planar magnetic driver.
7Hz Aurora : 6mm planar magnetic driver
For treble reproduction, the Aurora incorporates a Ø6mm planar magnetic driver. Thanks to meticulous airflow management, 7HZ gets the very best out of this driver, enabling its earphones to reproduce the finest detail while extending high frequencies up to 40kHz.
7Hz Aurora : 3-way crossover
The Auroras have been carefully tuned using a three-way passive crossover network to exploit the full potential of each driver. The tuning offers a powerful bass presence that transitions smoothly to slightly warm, natural midrange. The highs are clear and detailed, but also kept below 10dB to provide a comfortable and refined listening experience.
7Hz Aurora: Unique aesthetics
The Aurora shell has been carefully crafted using professional 3D printing with medical grade UV resin. This creates a high-precision shell that is skin-friendly, comfortable and durable. What's more, the front plates are made from titanium filaments that create a unique pattern on each piece.
7Hz Aurora : Single-crystal copper cable
The Aurora is supplied with a detachable 0.78mm 2pin CIEM gold-plated monocrystalline copper cable. The cable has an interchangeable 3.5mm/4.4mm modular plug system to adapt to all your devices.
