In terms of design, the 7Hz Salnotes Zero are clad in a plastic shell with a stainless steel faceplate. High-precision ergonomic measures have been taken to create earphones offering both good sound performance and excellent comfort.

The 7Hz Salnotes Zero are supplied with a detachable cable, connecting to the headphones via a 0.78mm 2-pin CIEM connector. The cable itself features OFC copper conductors for excellent conductivity.
