FiiO FD15 IEM Dynamic In-ear Monitor 32Ω 112dB 10Hz-40kHz Black
The FiiO FD15 in-ear monitors are dynamic IEMs featuring a Ø13.8mm magnalium diaphragm with DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon) backing. Their 32 ohm impedance and 112dB sensitivity make them easy to drive. They have been carefully designed using quality materials, delivering immersive bass, clear midrange and vocals, and detailed highs. FiiO has paid particular attention to the midrange and bass, bringing out the best in the vocals in every audio recording.
FD15s also feature MMCX connectors and are supplied with a detachable cable (LC-RC 2024). The conductors of this cable are made of monocrystalline copper, some of which are silver-plated. FiiO has opted for an interchangeable 3.5mm jack and 4.4mm balanced jack termination for a high level of compatibility. As an added bonus, among the many accessories supplied with the FD15s are two acoustic filters for boosting either bass or treble, to personalise the listening experience.
FiiO FD15: Ø13.8mm dynamic diaphragm
The diaphragm of the FiiO FD15 is made of magnalium, an alloy of aluminium and magnesium, and DLC (Diamond-Like Carbon). The combination of these two materials produces a spacious, transparent sound reproduction. Magnesium, being a relatively hard material, prevents distortion in the high frequencies, while DLC, known for its properties that are both rigid and flexible, provides a degree of mechanical flexibility, improving the final sound reproduction.
FiiO FD15: Midrange and vocal processing
The FD15's design incorporates a large Ø8.3mm coil. This improves the efficiency and power capacity of the FD15s, resulting in a better transient response and, consequently, improved timbre. The midrange sound reproduction is cleaner and more natural, bringing out the best in vocals.

The special acoustic design of FD15s lowers their resonance capacity at low frequencies, resulting in deep, impactful bass.
FiiO FD15: an audiophile cable
A detachable MMCX cable with interchangeable 3.5mm unbalanced / 4.4mm balanced jack termination allows connection of the FiiO FD15. This cable is equipped with monocrystalline copper conductors, some of which are silver-plated. Each of the 4 conductors is made up of 100 copper strands and 20 silver-plated copper strands, for a total of 480 strands. This cable ensures a stable connection and optimum signal transmission to the earphones.

The accessories supplied with the FiiO FD15 include two acoustic filters: one enhances bass and vocals for an emotionally rich experience, while the other improves treble for detailed reproduction and ultra-clear mids.
