Two-way magnetic circuit design
The FD1's dynamic drivers use a bi-directional N50 magnetic circuit, allowing a 55% improvement in magnetic flux density for a magnetic field strength of almost 1 Tesla. This dual magnetic flux allows the drivers to drive the drivers firmly to deliver deep bass and excellent dynamics.
Gold plating
The meticulous design of these EMIs integrates a retaining ring and a gold-plated sound channel, providing a luxurious aesthetic to the earphones, while allowing for better stability of the acoustic chamber.
Perfect sound pressure management
The Beryllium diaphragm combined with the bi-directional magnetic flux circuit optimizes sound pressure for deep and accurate bass. The patented sound pressure release system ensures perfect balance to significantly reduce distortion while developing great dynamics and natural bass.

The front of the FD1 is inlaid with a layer of Celluloid, specifically selected for its unique texture and style, contributing to the earphones' brilliant appearance. In addition, the EMI allows the internal components to be seen through a beautifully transparent shell.
High quality cable
Fiio delivers its FD1s with a high-end cable with 4 conductors. Each conductor is itself composed of 30 Litz wires braided in high purity Copper. Each Litz wire is isolated from the others, ensuring a better transmission of the audio signal by eliminating the effects of skin and proximity. The cable thus participates fully in the audio quality, favoring a beautiful reproduction of bass and voices more than real.
