FIIO FX15
Hybrid IEM In-Ear Monitors 1 Dynamic Driver + 4 Electrostatics + 1 BA 24Ω 103dB 20Hz-40kHz
The FiiO FX15 in-ear monitors are hybrid IEMs incorporating no less than 6 drivers. A Ø10mm dynamic driver for low frequencies, a Balanced Armature driver for medium and high frequencies, and four electrostatic drivers for very high frequencies. Fiio chose to leave the choice to use or not these four electrostatic drivers to the user, with a selection switch. The FX15 is the first FiiO model to incorporate this innovative technology. These top-of-the-rangein-ears monitors also feature the patented S.Turbo acoustic design to maximize bass performance. All in all, this pair of hybrid IEMs offers excellent performance, comfort and aesthetic design. The accompanying accessories are similarly audiophile-grade: high-end cable with interchangeable termination, ear tips and storage pouch.

4 Sonion electrostatic drivers for ultra-high frequencies
Used on top-of-the-range in-ears monitors, electrostatic drivers handle very high frequencies. They deliver highly detailed reproduction while avoiding undesirable peaks. With the FX15, FiiO has even given users the option of choosing whether or not to use them. By activating and deactivating the use of electrostatic drivers via a switch, users can feel the difference in listening experience and quality that this technology provides.
Balanced Armature driver for midrange
FX15 headphones adopt a single Knowles BA (Balanced Armature) driver to handle the midrange, leaving enough work space for electrostatic drivers. The ED-629689 driver delivers smooth, rich midrange. It has been configured so as not to interfere with the frequency range of the electrostatic drivers. This allows them to work together for a smooth, harmonious overall sound.
Ø10mm dynamic driver
Low frequencies are handled by a 10mm dynamic driver. The driver was chosen for its rigidity and damping ratio, enabling the FiiO FX15 to deliver deep, detailed bass.
S.Turbo design
To accentuate bass, FiiO has chosen an S.Turbo acoustic design for the FX15. Designed to maximize bass performance, it makes for a more immersive listening experience. This particular design also helps all the drivers to work in harmony.
Comfort, pleasing aesthetics and audiophile accessories
In terms of appearance, FiiO has covered them with geometric shapes similar to Gingko leaves, symbolizing the balance between substance and form. Their shell is made of 3D-printed photosensitive resin, offering high resistance to impact. In addition, the shape of the headphones has been optimized for listening comfort and stability. The FX15 cable is a litz-braided cable with 8 conductors of 28 strands each, for a total of 224 strands. The cable conductors are pure silver, and each side features MMCX connectors and an interchangeable 3.5mm jack / 4.4mm jack termination.
