IO Audio Sogno In-ear monitors IEM 2DD+6BA 12.8 Ohm 126.5dB 10Hz-30kHz
IO Audio Sogno in-ear monitors feature a 2DD+6BA configuration and a 5-way crossover. This means that each driver is responsible for a specific frequency range, for a smooth, harmonious sound. An internal air-pressure regulation system limits auditory fatigue during long listening sessions and protects the drivers. Moreover, their 12.8 ohm impedance and 126.5dB sensitivity make them easy to drive. A detachable cable with silver-plated OFC 6N copper conductors is supplied with the IO Audio Sogno for optimum signal transmission. The cable also features 0.78mm CIEM connectors and interchangeable terminations: balanced 4.4mm jack, balanced 2.5mm jack and single-ended 3.5mm jack.
IO Audio Sogno : 2DD+6BA configuration
The IO Audio Sogno configuration incorporates no fewer than 8 drivers, 2 dynamic and 6 balanced armature, each of which handles a specific frequency band. One dynamic driver handles bass and vocals, while the other optimizes impedance for high frequencies. As for the Balanced Armature drivers, 4 of these provide the midrange timbre, while the remaining 2 handle the high frequencies. The result is a smooth, balanced sound reproduction.
IO Audio Sogno: 5-way crossover
IO Audio Sogno benefit from a physical 5-way crossover that gives priority to the acoustic structure of the IEMs. In addition, the design of the output nozzles reduces interference caused by the different drivers, for harmonious rendering and a significant reduction in distortion across all the frequency bands covered by IO Audio Sogno IEMs. In addition, the Sogno frequency response curve is optimized in relation to the average transfer function value of the human ear (HRTF), for a purer, clearer rendering of the sound as it reaches the eardrum.
IO Audio Sogno: True stereo imaging
Sogno in-ear monitors use multi-channel midrange mirroring technology for optimum midrange separation, reduced distortion and superior stereo imaging.
IO Audio Sogno: Comfort and quality
An internal air pressure management system reduces hearing fatigue during prolonged listening sessions with IO Audio Sogno. It also preserves the individual drivers for greater durability.
IO Audio Sogno: An audiophile cable
Sogno in-ear monitors come with a detachable cable featuring OFC 6N and silver-plated OFC copper conductors for optimum signal transmission. CIEM 0.78mm connectors on the IEM side and interchangeable termination ensure a high level of compatibility: balanced 4.4mm jack, balanced 2.5mm jack and single-ended 3.5mm jack.
